How selling data to AI works with us
You describe your data, we assess it and prepare an offer, and you decide whether there's a deal. Nothing is shared and nothing costs anything until you have said yes.

The process in four steps
Selling data to AI shouldn't require a project of its own on your side. We have built the process so you spend as little time as possible at the start and have full control at every step that actually matters.
1. You describe your data
Everything starts with our form. It takes about two minutes. You tell us what type of data it is – for example email archives, support tickets, documents or published texts – roughly how much there is, what time period it covers and whether it contains personal data.
You don't send any files. A description is enough for us to make an initial assessment.
2. We assess and get back to you within 48 hours
We look at three things:
- Rights – do you own the data, and are there agreements or terms that limit how it may be used?
- Personal data – what personal data is there, and can it be de-identified in a reasonable way? Data without personal data is prioritized.
- Demand – are there AI companies looking for exactly this type of data?
You get an answer within 48 hours on business days. Sometimes the answer is that the data isn't a fit, and then we tell you straight away and explain why.
3. You approve an offer
If there is interest, we prepare a concrete offer: who the buyer is, what the license covers, how long it runs and what you get paid. A non-disclosure agreement is signed before anything detailed is shared.
By default the license is non-exclusive and limited in scope, time and use. Read more about how it works in data licensing. You decide – there is no deal without your explicit approval.
4. Delivery after de-identification, then payment
Once the agreement is in place, the data is prepared for delivery. Personal data is removed or de-identified according to the plan you have approved. How that works is described in GDPR and anonymization.
The delivery comes with documentation of the data's origin and content. It helps the buyer comply with the EU AI Act, which requires a summary of training content. After delivery, payment is made according to the agreement.
What we never do
- Share data without your approval. Nothing leaves your systems until you have approved an offer and an agreement.
- Ask for files in the form. The initial assessment is based solely on your description.
- Charge up front. It costs nothing to have your data assessed. We only get paid when a deal goes through.
The terms in one place
| Term | How it works |
|---|---|
| Fee | None up front. We take a share of the deal when it goes through. |
| Ownership | Stays with you. The buyer gets a license, not the data. |
| Exclusivity | Non-exclusive by default. You can license the same data to others. |
| Response time | Within 48 hours on business days. |
| Data shared before an offer | None. Nothing is shared until you have approved an offer. |
Check your data
What data do you have?
A rough choice is fine – you'll fill in the details in the next step.

Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take from form to deal?
You get an initial answer within 48 hours on business days. How long the rest takes depends on the type of data, the volume and how much de-identification is needed. Simpler content archives often move faster than email or chat logs.
Do we need to upload files to get an assessment?
No. The form only asks for a description of the data, such as type, approximate volume and time period. We never ask for files at that stage.
Can we say no after receiving an offer?
Yes. You are not bound by anything until you have approved an agreement. Saying no costs nothing.
What do you charge?
We take a share of the deal when it goes through. There are no upfront fees and nothing to pay if no deal happens.
