Terms and privacy
Cookies
Some cookies are needed for the site to work. Cookies for visitor statistics are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.
Necessary storage
This storage is needed for the site to work and does not require consent.
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
Consent cookie (cm_consent) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected visitor statistics, so we don't ask again on every visit. | 12 months |
Session cookie (nuxt-session) | An encrypted cookie set when you sign in or confirm your email in the form. It keeps you signed in and links you to your submission. It cannot be read by scripts on the page (httpOnly). | No more than 6 hours |
Form draft (local storage, cm-form-draft) | Saves what you have typed into the form in your browser, so you don't lose it if you leave the page. The draft is not sent to us until you submit the form. | Until you clear it |
Return cookie (cm-return) | Set if you confirm your email with Google from the form, so you come back to the form afterwards. Deleted as soon as you are back (httpOnly). | No more than 10 minutes |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | A bot check when you request a one-time code, so nobody can use the site to send email to other people's addresses. Cloudflare may read technical details about your browser for the check. | During the check |
Visitor statistics (requires consent)
If you accept visitor statistics in the cookie banner, we set two cookies of our own. If you reject, they are not set and nothing is sent.
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
Visitor ID (cm_cid) | A random ID that lets us count returning visits without knowing who you are. | 13 months |
Session ID (cm_sid) | Groups page views within a single visit. | 30 minutes, extended while you are active |
The statistics go through our own server to Google Analytics 4. Your browser never contacts Google and no third-party cookies are used. Google receives which pages are visited, which buttons are used, the random ID, your IP address, browser and device (type, operating system, language, screen size) and approximate location (country, region, city). Google uses the IP address to determine location and does not store it. Google never receives your name, email or company. Google uses the data to provide statistics to us, not for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you reject later, we delete the ID cookies and stop sending statistics.
Clearing storage
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Doing so signs you out, removes any saved form draft and means we will ask about visitor statistics again.
More about how we process personal data is in our privacy policy.
